Membership Terms & Fine Print
Rooted Membership (Founding Rate):
By joining as a Rooted Member during the founding period, you secure a locked-in early-access rate for as long as your membership remains active. If you cancel and rejoin later, current pricing will apply. The founding rate applies only to the Rooted tier and does not grant lifetime access to future tiers such as Flourish or Bloom.
Billing:
Rooted Membership is billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you select. Annual plans renew every 12 months. All plans renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Cancellations:
You may cancel anytime inside your account settings. Cancellations stop future billing but do not refund previous charges. Refunds are not provided for unused time or partial months.
Upgrades:
Upgrading to future tiers (Flourish, Bloom, certifications, CE programs, etc.) will require separate enrollment and will not be included in the Rooted rate.
Content Updates:
The Holistic Spa Alliance may add, update, or modify membership content at any time. Membership does not guarantee access to all future programs, courses, certifications, or retreats.
Grandfathered Pricing:
Your founding rate never increases as long as your membership remains active. If you cancel or payment fails, your rate will reset to current pricing upon re-enrollment.
